    What should I do if I lose/damage my prepayment key?

    Call Eversmart immediately and we will arrange for you to collect one from a local outlet – we’ll give you a reference number that you’ll need to provide to the shop. If you can’t get to a shop, we’ll arrange for a new key to be posted to you, but this may take up to 3 working days to arrive.
